Who is responsible
Your Company Name is the data controller.
What we collect and why
When you book a meeting or become a customer, we store your name, email address, company, phone number and what you tell us about your needs. We use this to arrange meetings, prepare quotes, deliver services, send invoices and follow up. The legal basis is taking steps towards, and carrying out, a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an agreement are deleted when they're no longer relevant. Accounting records such as invoices are kept for seven years, as Swedish accounting law requires.
Who processes it
We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), database storage in the EU (Neon) and, where enabled, email delivery (Resend) and AI drafting (Anthropic). Some of these companies are based outside the EU and process data under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we're legally required to keep it. You can object to follow-up messages at any time. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a login cookie for the site owner.
